Vivacolor Special Primer Alkyd Primer

Vivacolor Alkyd Primer Special - For walls and ceilings in dry and humid rooms, doors, furniture and interior surfaces of windows. Suitable for new and previously painted fiberboard, cardboard, wallpaper, concrete, plastered, brick and putty surfaces, as well as surfaces that require special treatment (e.g. surfaces treated with lime or chalk paint, or chalk putty). The paint can be used in white or tinted in light shades (AP base) according to Tikkurila Symphony and Feel color charts. The accuracy of the shades is not absolute. Can be applied with a brush, roller or high-pressure sprayer. The nozzle of the high-pressure sprayer should be 0.013" - 0.015" or 0.330 - 0.380 mm. Drying time (+23 °C, relative air humidity 50%) is 3 hours - can be touched, 24 hours - can be painted with the next coat. Drying time depends on air humidity and temperature.

Consumption (per coat) 8-10 m²/l - for smooth surfaces.

Storage time: In tightly closed original manufacturer's container - 2 years from the production date (see on the packaging).

The surface must be clean and dry (wood moisture below 20%), air temperature above +5 °C, and air humidity below 80%. Avoid high temperatures during painting.

Before painting with a brush, do not mix Special Primer. If necessary, dilute with Special Solvent or Unit Eco up to 5% by volume. If the paint is mixed, allow it to stabilize before painting. Apply 1 coat of Special Primer with a brush, roller or sprayer.
