Roclite gas concrete blocks

RocLITE Standard Gas Concrete Blocks are gas concrete blocks produced in Estonia. Roclite gas concrete blocks are made from environmentally friendly locally available materials. Roclite blocks are made from durable gas concrete and are easy to move by hand as they are not heavy. The blocks are intended for both exterior and interior construction.

RocLITE ® gas concrete - unique high-tech construction materials that successfully combine insulation and construction properties with simplicity and durability. Gas concrete combines the best properties of construction materials, with high fire resistance and moisture and frost resistance, not susceptible to decay and corrosion. The material is easy to process and economical, as it does not require almost any additional thermal and sound insulation due to its thermal and sound insulation properties. RocLITE ® has all the necessary technical documentation in accordance with European requirements and standards.

The largest amount of heat is lost through the exterior wall. This can be prevented with RocLITE ® construction blocks for walls. Due to the presence of air in the pores of RocLITE ® building materials, it has excellent insulation properties. Among the many wall materials available on the market, RocLITE ® gas concrete is characterized by a low heat transfer coefficient: the thermal conductivity of RocLITE ® is only 0.09 W / m ° C. Moreover, it is worth noting that unlike other materials, the thermal conductivity of RocLITE ® is equally low in all directions. Heat retention in the house is also facilitated by the fact that narrow joint masonry is used as a construction technology/method with RocLITE ®. Due to the precision of the block size, the exterior walls can be supported only with adhesive. The thickness of the joints is no more than 1-3 mm. In addition, it is not necessary to fill the vertical joints. Thus, the blocks are in close contact with each other and prevent heat loss between the interior and the external environment. RocLITE ® gas concrete walls act as a "conditioner" - the material accumulates heat on warm days and releases it slowly at night when the temperature drops. RocLITE ® block walls regulate temperature fluctuations without mechanical intervention. As a result, together with high thermal insulation, and also with heat accumulation, they provide a constant and comfortable temperature throughout the house. In winter, there is heating economy and pleasantly warm, but in summer, pleasantly cool. Walls with a width of 380 mm and 500 mm, built from RocLITE ® blocks, fully comply with the climatic and building normative requirements of Latvia, and no additional thermal insulation is required.
