Rockwool Ventirock F Plus External Insulation Boards With Coating

Ventirock F PLUS stone wool boards with a black glass fiber fabric coating are used for thermal, sound, and wind insulation in various types of ventilated (with an air gap) facades of buildings. It can be used as a single-layer thermal insulation or as an additional wind insulation board in a two-layer thermal insulation solution.

These stone wool boards are coated with a glass fiber fabric on one side. Ventirock F PLUS non-combustible insulation is used:

• In walls covered with facade panels (e.g., metal panels, tiles, etc.);
• In walls with stone and glass facade cladding;
• In frame constructions;
• In triple-layer walls;
• In partition walls.

Key Features

Ventirock F PLUS boards with a glass fiber coating are used under the transparent facade glass layer, as well as in cases where the joints and gaps between facade cladding panels are wide or unfilled;

The boards are produced in sizes of 600 mm × 1000 mm, with thickness ranging from 30 to 200 mm (11 different thickness options available);

Ventirock F PLUS boards can be attached to brick and block walls or reinforced concrete walls. For ventilated facades, there should be an air gap of 1.5-3 cm between Ventirock F PLUS boards and the facade cladding.
