Sakret GMS M10 gas concrete and silicate block adhesive, grey 25kg

Sakret GMS M-10 Lime for gas concrete blocks - Precise adhesive for gas concrete and silicate blocks (Grey/White). Strength class M10. Made based on cement. Suitable for both outdoor and indoor use. Excellent mechanical and climatic resistance, excellent bonding properties. Can be applied manually or mechanically. Excellent bonding properties. Excellent mechanical and climatic resistance. The product is available in grey and white color. Used as a repair composition for bonding and repair works. 1400kg = 1m3 of ready mix.

Consumption: 14 kg/m² (if the layer thickness is 10mm)

Application

• Blocks or bricks must be clean and dry
• Clean the surface from less resistant and/or detachable layers
• Moisten highly absorbent bricks/blocks
• Mix SAKRET GMS in a clean container with cold water until a homogeneous mass without lumps is formed
• It is recommended to use a mixer with 600 revolutions per minute
• After the maturing time (~3 minutes), mix again
• Technical data refers to +20°C temperature and 50% relative air humidity. Lower temperature increases, higher temperature decreases the indicated values
• Protect the mix during the hardening phase from sunlight, drafts, and excessively high temperatures (>30°C)
• Protect fresh mortar from rain and excessively fast drying
• Once the mix has started to set, do not add water anymore!
• Immediately after working with the mix, rinse the containers and tools with water
• Hardened mix can only be removed mechanically
• Contains cement, reacts alkaline
• Protect skin and eyes, follow technical instructions. If the mix gets into the eyes, rinse with plenty of water and, if necessary, seek medical attention
• Protect the packaging from weather conditions, store on wooden pallets, in a cool and dry place, immediately cover any opened packaging
