Sakret FM Waterborne Acrylic Facade Paint

Sakret FM water dispersion acrylic facade paint - Acrylic paint modified with siloxane. For surfaces such as concrete, plaster, brick, iron-concrete panels, etc. Environmentally friendly. Excellent coverage. Resistant to atmospheric effects. High water vapor permeability. Repels water and dirt. Protects the surface from CO₂ impact. For new and previously painted surfaces. Available in white and tintable (A and C bases). We recommend choosing colors from the "Sakret DESIGN" and "Sakret COLOR GUIDE" color cards.

Application

• Thoroughly mix the paint before use
• Clean previously unpainted surfaces from dust, dirt, salts using a brush or high-pressure sand-water jet
• Paint new concrete surfaces no earlier than 28 days
• Clean previously painted surfaces from loose paint, prepare them the same way as new surfaces
• Primer the surface with SAKRET FM G primer concentrate diluted with water in a ratio of 1:3. Apply as much primer as the surface can absorb
• The first coat of paint can be diluted with water (up to 10% by volume)
• The siloxane in the paint provides optimal protection against moisture while ensuring high vapor permeability
• Do not paint in strong wind. The temperature of the painted surface and the surrounding air during painting and drying should be ≥+5°C and the relative humidity ≤80%

Technical data

Chemical composition: water polymer dispersion, pigments, fillers and additives. Drying time at 23°C and relative air humidity of 50%: the surface can be recoated after 12 hours
