We complement each other with this function! If I didn't have the best speed with a gradual start, I wouldn't be able to do a top-notch job. I adjust the speed individually according to the ingredients prepared in seven gears, with which I can work even the thickest dough or mince meat. The pulse switch gives me the maximum speed I can achieve in a fraction of the time to work efficiently and quickly, and even to mix ice.

WHAT IS THE PLANETARY SYSTEM FOR KNEADING, MIXING AND WHIPPING?
This system guarantees me a perfectly done job! The head rotates in both directions simultaneously to completely mix the contents of the bowl without lumps, in high-quality stainless steel bowls with a capacity of 4.5 and 3 l, for which I have two useful lids. One serves to close the containers in the refrigerator and thanks to the other I always know that the kitchen will remain clean, as it covers the bowl and food products can be added through the feed opening during operation. Both bowls are large enough and I can make 2 kg of dough in the larger one.

I'M EQUIPPED WITH FOUR ATTACHMENTS
Balloon whisk - I can whisk eight eggs or twelve egg whites with it to make a great whipped cream or a fine cream.
Kneading hook - I can work any kind of heavy dough for the preparation of bread, pizza, pasta.
Stirring whisk - Ideal for light doughs, which I mix gently and leave plenty of air in them, like with hand mixing.

I CAN BLEND
The high performance allows me to blend up to 1.5 liters of various kinds of soups, porridges, purées, smoothies, cocktails or even crushed ice. For the most effective results, the container is made of high quality TRITAN, an extremely durable and high quality plastic that does not contain harmful BPA substances and with a titanium knife unit, I preserve valuable nutrients in fruit and vegetable cocktails.

I'm equipped with two attachments for rough and fine grinding. With the grinder, I can grind meat for meatballs, burgers as well as meat for bolognese sauce.
