Details
Sakret RS fast-setting concrete repair compound - Fast-setting concrete repair compound. Used for repairing defects in concrete structures (holes, depressions, unfilled areas in formwork, etc.). Also used for repairing defects that occur during use (chipped corners, mechanically created depressions, various holes, worn corners of stair steps, etc.). Can be used on fresh and used concrete. Thickness of application: 0-25mm. Fast-setting, suitable for outdoor and indoor work, water and frost resistant, high mechanical strength, convenient packaging. SAKRET RS cannot be used for concretes with compressive strength lower than 15 N/mm2.
Application:
Can be used for repairing all types of concrete structures and concrete surfaces
The surface must be clean and mechanically resistant
Remove less resistant and/or detachable layers from the surface
It is recommended to prime the surface with SAKRET UG universal primer (diluted 1:3)
The repair compound can be applied to the surface without waiting for the primer to dry
Follow all SAKRET RS preparation conditions indicated on the packaging
Prepare the required amount of compound to be able to work with it within 10 minutes
Add 360 - 420 ml of water to 1 kg of repair compound and mix thoroughly
Apply the prepared mixture to the surface with a trowel or a metal float and level it
Technical data refers to a temperature of +20°C and 50% relative humidity. Lower temperature increases, higher temperature decreases the indicated values
Protect the curing compound from sunlight, drafts, and excessively high temperatures (>30°C)
Protect fresh mortar from rain and excessively rapid drying
Once the mortar has started to set, do not add water anymore!
Immediately after working with the mortar, clean the containers and tools with water
Hardened mortar can only be removed mechanically
Contains cement, reacts alkaline
Protect skin and eyes, follow the technical instructions. If the mortar gets into the eyes, rinse with plenty of water and, if necessary, seek medical attention
Protect the packaging from weather conditions, store on wooden pallets, in a cool and dry place, immediately cover any opened packaging
