Vivacolor solvent for exterior paint Hansa Silicate Primer - Silicate primer solution for mineral facades. Suitable for residential, commercial, manufacturing and warehouse buildings. Suitable for priming concrete, lime or lime-cement plaster, silicate bricks, as well as surfaces previously painted with lime, lime-cement, cement or silicate paints before painting with silicate paint Hansa Silicate. Can also be used on mineral surfaces indoors. Consumption (per coat) 4-6 m2/l. Consumption depends on the painting method and roughness of the painted surface. Application with a brush, roller or high-pressure sprayer. The nozzle of the high-pressure sprayer should be 0.018" - 0.023" or 0.460 - 0.580 mm. Drying time (+23 °C, relative air humidity 50%) 12 hours - can be recoated. Lower air temperature and higher air humidity will prolong the drying time.

Prime porous absorbent surfaces with Hansa Silicate Primer and water mixture (mixing ratio 1:1), use the "wet on wet" method, i.e., apply 2-3 coats of primer paint solution on the surface in a short time interval. After 12 hours, prime the surface with Hansa Silicate Primer and Hansa Silicate mixture (mixing ratio 1:2). Prime moderately absorbent surfaces with Hansa Silicate Primer. After 12 hours, prime the surface with Hansa Silicate Primer and Hansa Silicate mixture (mixing ratio 1:2). Prime hard and dense surfaces with Hansa Silicate Primer and Hansa Silicate mixture (mixing ratio 1:2). Attention! Surfaces that are not intended for painting (e.g., window panes, natural stone or metal, plants, etc.) should be covered before painting.

The surface must be clean and dry, air temperature from +5 °C to +28 °C, and air relative humidity below 80%. During painting, avoid high temperatures and direct sunlight.
