Pelling is a simple pellet boiler designed for heating family houses and apartment buildings. Due to the ability to work with 5 (five) different power levels, the regulation can meet the needs of increasing or decreasing heating by automatically adjusting the power. When the desired temperature is reached (heating energy demand is satisfied), the control unit reduces the power or, when the room thermostat signals that the set temperature has been reached, the boiler then switches to shutdown mode or maintains the minimum flame. Combustion is supported by an intake fan, and as a result, ash is blown into the collector pan located directly below the combustion chamber. The boiler is designed with pipe heat exchangers with turbulators, which provide greater efficiency compared to conventional boilers. The pipe heat exchangers increase the heat transfer area, allowing for greater heat transfer to the water, while the turbulators reduce the exhaust gas flow and temperature, reducing energy and pellet consumption.
