Tikkurila Harmony Pattern Paint for Walls Completely Matte

Completely matte, transparent effect color based on acrylic.

RECOMMENDED USE

For painting walls in residential, office and commercial spaces, as well as similar dry indoor spaces.

PRODUCT FEATURES

Can be used in dry indoor spaces on smooth surfaces previously painted with Harmony interior paint.

• Shades: Shade cards: Tikkurila Symphony 2436 - shade card, Izjūti krāsas - shade card, Izjūti krāsas 2020 shade card.
• Gloss: Completely matte.
• Consumption: 13-18 m²/l, depending on the application method.
• Application method: With a brush or roller. Create patterns with a decorative roller, brush or other tools.
• Drying time: Can be recoated after approx. 24 h. The surface is completely dry and ready for use after approx. 2 days.
• Density (kg/l): Approx. 1.0 kg/l, depending on the shade, ISO 2811
• Washability: Withstands light wiping with a damp cloth.
• Heat resistance: 85°C, ISO 4211-3.

• Storage: Protect from frost.

Application conditions

The surface to be painted must be dry, air temperature above +10 ºC and air relative humidity 30-70%.

Surface preparation

Unpainted surfaces:
Clean the unpainted surfaces from dirt and dust. If necessary, level the surface with suitable putty knife and sand the dried surface. Clean the sanding dust. Prime with Varma primer paint. Paint 2 coats with Harmony interior paint.

Previously painted surfaces:
Wash the previously painted surfaces with Maalipesu cleaning agent, rinse thoroughly with water and allow to dry. Sand glossy and hard painted surfaces to matte. Clean the sanding dust. Fill cracks and holes with suitable putty knife and sand the dried surface. Clean the sanding dust. Paint 1-2 coats with Harmony interior paint in the desired shade.

Painting

Thoroughly mix the paint before use. To obtain a more transparent color, dilute it with water by 5-10%. Apply the paint in thin layers with a roller and immediately treat the surface with a decorative roller, brush or sponge. Paint in approximately 1 meter wide strips. Before starting the work, it is recommended to perform a test painting on cardboard.

Cleaning of tools

Wash the tools with water. Remove paint/varnish residues from the tools and rinse with water. To clean easily hardened paint, it is recommended to use Tikkurila Pensselipesu tool cleaning agent. Surface maintenance

The surface can be cleaned no earlier than 1 month after painting. Clean with a soft brush or dusting cloth. Clean dirty surfaces with a neutral (pH 6-8) cleaning agent and a damp cloth. Rinse and dry the surface immediately. Follow the manufacturer's instructions when diluting the cleaning agent. Handle the surface gently for a few weeks after painting. Under normal conditions, the surface reaches its final hardness and durability
in approximately 1 month. If cleaning is necessary before this deadline, lightly clean the surface with a dry or damp cloth.
