Metal roofs and walls; steel structures such as water pipes, sewer pipes, and protective covers.

Product Features

Can be used without priming on surfaces painted with alkyd or acrylic paints and industrially coated steel sheets (PVC, PURAL, PE, Acrylic). Untreated galvanized steel roofs and aluminum and steel surfaces must first be primed with Rostex Super Aqua or Rostex Super metal primer. Aluminum surfaces should be roughened before priming.

Color Charts: Metal roofs - color chart, Metal roofs 2018 - color chart, Facade 760 - color chart.
Can be tinted according to Tikkurila color charts. Standard colors: Black (0202), Old copper (0296)

Consumption: Approx. 8 m²/l per coat (When applied with a sprayer, equivalent to approx. 100-125 µm wet film thickness)

Application Method: Can be applied with a brush or sprayer. When using a sprayer, the airless spray nozzle should be 0.013"-0.017" (spraying angle 40°- 50°) and the product can be thinned up to 10% by volume if necessary.

Drying Time: 1-3 hours, can be recoated after 24 hours.

Density (kg/l): Approx. 1.0 kg/l, ISO 2811.

Dry Residue by Volume (%): 40

VOC: (cat A/i) 140g/l(2010). Panssari Aqua maximum VOC content is 140 g/l.

Storage: Protect from freezing.
