Installation - The blind is easily installed from the inside of the room.

Operation - To lower the blind, open the window. Attach the blind to the hooks located on the outside of the window frame, at the bottom. When closing the window, the blind is automatically lowered. If the blind is no longer needed, remove it from the hooks and allow it to roll up into the upper cover for storage.
