"VIPOIL" is a low viscosity washing emulsion suitable for applying to wooden, steel, and plastic molds in the production of concrete structures and construction sites. It reduces the mechanical resistance for separating the molds from the concrete structures, provides a cleaner mold surface, and facilitates cleaning. It reduces the formation of air bubbles and does not leave any stains on the concrete surfaces. "VIPOIL" is a structured solution with low viscosity for applying to wooden, steel, and plastic mold surfaces and other material surfaces. It significantly improves the concrete molding process. It provides a cleaner surface and has minimal mechanical resistance (<30g/cm³) for separation. It reduces the amount of air pores, cavities, and roughness on the molded concrete surfaces. The consumption of the emulsion during spraying is minimal, making it cost-effective. It protects the mold surface from chemical and mechanical damage, including steel corrosion. It does not leave any stains or discoloration on the concrete surface. It does not have an aggressive effect on the mold coating.
