Surface preparation

Unpainted surfaces: Clean the surface from dust and dirt. Smooth the surface with a suitable Vivacolor series putty knife. Sand the surface and clean the sanding dust. Primed, porous or unevenly absorbent surfaces, as well as fiberboard or plasterboard surfaces, should be primed with water-based primer Primer 1. Metal surfaces should be primed with a suitable metal primer Universal Korrostop or other suitable primer. Surfaces that have been puttied with chalk putty should be primed with alkyd primer Special Primer. Follow the instructions for use when using primer. Previously painted surfaces: Remove the old paint layer. Wash the surface with Special Clean detergent, rinse with water and allow to dry. Sand glossy and hard surfaces to matte and clean the sanding dust. Weakly bound and dusty surfaces should be primed with alkyd primer Special Primer. Use a suitable Vivacolor series putty knife to fill cracks and holes, sand the surface and clean the sanding dust. Primed surfaces should be primed with water-based primer Primer 1.

Application

Before painting, thoroughly mix the paint product and, if necessary, dilute with water up to 5% by volume. To achieve a consistent tone, mix the required amount of tinted colors from different packages in one container. Apply 1-2 coats with a roller, brush or airless sprayer.
