Weber M 100/600W winter wall paint

Cement mortar for load-bearing structures and partition walls from Fibo Effect, Fibo Plus and Fibo Standard blocks, concrete and lightweight concrete blocks or clay and silicate bricks in winter conditions (-100…+50C). Compressive strength: 8 MPa.

PREPARATIONThe entire work area must be protected from precipitation and wind (if the air temperature is -5C and the wind speed is 10 m/s, the working temperature will decrease to -12C). To improve adhesion, it is advisable to preheat the placement areas of the blocks or bricks to +1C. It is recommended to store the product bags in a warm place until use.

The dry mixture should be mixed only with clean, warm water (up to +40C). Do not add more water than indicated - this reduces the material's bonding properties. Mixing should be done with a mixer for 3-5 minutes until a workable, homogeneous mass without lumps is obtained. Then let the mixture stand for about 5 minutes and mix lightly again.

Weber M100/600 W is applied with a trowel in a layer 10-18 mm thick.

If the mixed, but not yet used mortar starts to set, it is strictly forbidden to add additional water - to increase the temperature, the cooled mixture can only be mixed with fresh, just mixed warm mortar.

During masonry, the blocks or bricks must not be wet, frosty or frozen. Adequate protection must also be provided for all masonry structures.

When masonry Fibo blocks, it is most convenient and productive to apply the mortar with the special Fibo trowel. It facilitates the creation of the divided joint, ensuring a joint of equal thickness and width throughout the entire masonry process (the trowel forms 2 mortar strips, each 60 mm wide and 10-20 mm high). For large construction projects, Fibo offers trowels free of charge.
