Bauroc Acoustic gas concrete blocks

AEROC Acoustic blocks are a product with excellent airborne sound insulation properties. The blocks are made of autoclaved aerated concrete with an average dry density of 575 kg/m3 and an average compressive strength of fb=4.0 N/mm2. AEROC Acoustic blocks are produced in widths of 250 and 150mm. The high volume mass values ensure improved sound insulation properties for the blocks.

AEROC Acoustic/Hard 250 (49 dB) is suitable for the construction of partitions in healthcare facilities, classrooms in educational institutions (walls without door openings), office partitions, as well as walls between groups and sleeping rooms in preschool institutions. AEROC Acoustic 150 is successfully used in multilayer wall constructions (60 dB) that are used in apartment buildings for walls between apartments, as well as walls between technical rooms with increased noise levels and walls between living and working spaces. Form and compliance AEROC Acoustic blocks are high-quality new generation aerated concrete blocks that comply with Latvian building regulations and have been awarded the CE marking. The surfaces of AEROC Acoustic blocks are smooth - without grooves. Installation Thanks to the precise dimensions of AEROC products, AEROC blocks are installed on a thin layer of adhesive (thickness 2 mm). The horizontal joints must be carefully filled with adhesive. Unlike other types of AEROC blocks, AEROC Acoustic blocks do not have grooves in the vertical plane. When installing the blocks, it is necessary to apply adhesive to the vertical plane using a trowel. Properly filled horizontal and vertical joints ensure good sound insulation of the finished wall. Packaging and transportation The blocks are transported in packaging on wooden pallets. The dimensions of the pallets are 1 x 1.2m. To better protect the blocks from atmospheric effects, they are wrapped in thermoplastic film. In order to easily distinguish AEROC products, each pallet is marked with a different color marking.
