"Finnfoam" insulation boards are produced using the extrusion method, so the material's pore structure is completely uniform and closed - there are no air channels or connections between the pores. This provides effective thermal insulation, mechanical strength, and resistance to moisture.

The extruded polystyrene boards "Finnfoam F-300" are lightweight and easy to install, easily cut with regular tools. When laying multiple layers, the seams of the bottom and top layers should overlap. When laying these boards horizontally, a firm and smooth base is required: a primer, reinforced concrete slab, etc. If the boards are installed in a vertical structure, they should be glued or mechanically fastened. When gluing the "Finnfoam F-300" boards, it is recommended to use cold bitumen adhesive without solvents, polyurethane (PU) adhesive, or cement-based adhesive. The adhesive manufacturer's instructions should provide information on the possibility of gluing the polystyrene boards. To increase the adhesion of "Finnfoam" boards with adhesive or plaster, it is recommended to mechanically roughen their surface with coarse sandpaper or other tools or use "Finnfoam XX" boards with a grooved surface - these are obtained during the manufacturing process.

Storage:

"Finnfoam" boards are waterproof, so they do not require special protection from atmospheric precipitation. "Finnfoam" boards can be stored outdoors, but if stored for longer than three months, they should be protected from direct UV radiation. It is prohibited to store "Finnfoam" boards near fire or hot surfaces.

Packaging:

The boards are packaged in environmentally friendly packaging, using as little packaging material as possible (PE film). The packages are stacked on top of each other, making them easy to unload by hand or forklift.
