Aeroc Classic 200 Gas Concrete Blocks are made from autoclaved gas concrete with an average dry density of 425 kg/m³ (±30 kg/m³) and an average compressive strength of fb=3.0 N/mm². Application of the blocks - AEROC Classic gas concrete blocks have high resistance to compression and are excellent for use in the construction of load-bearing walls, filling of external walls of multi-storey buildings, industrial facilities with additional insulation, as well as in the construction of load-bearing internal walls of buildings. Compared to AEROC EcoTerm Plus, AEROC Classic blocks have a higher volume mass, resulting in a higher average compressive strength of fb=3.0 N/mm². The use of AEROC Classic blocks provides sufficient sound insulation and excellent fire resistance.

Block installation Thanks to the precise dimensions of AEROC products, AEROC blocks can be installed on a thin layer of adhesive (thickness 2mm). The use of AEROC adhesive ensures a quality construction process and end result. The installation of AEROC blocks is simple and does not require the use of complicated tools. Builders can handle the block installation process even without special knowledge. The most important thing is the correct and precise laying of the first row of blocks on the building's foundations. Before installing each subsequent row of blocks, level the surface of the row with a special trowel and clean the dust with a slot. Then apply the adhesive with a special trowel or adhesive trowel and while the adhesive is not yet hardened, install the blocks. Place the blocks tightly together (do not apply adhesive to the vertical block surfaces). Level the blocks with a rubber hammer and level. For blocks without vertical joints, fill the vertical grooves at the ends with adhesive. When installing blocks, it is recommended to use Murfor reinforcement.

Packaging and transportation - Blocks are transported in packaging on wooden pallets. The dimensions of the pallets are 1 x 1.2m for Latvia and 0.8 x 1.2m for Estonia. To better protect the blocks from atmospheric effects, they are wrapped in thermoplastic film. In order to easily distinguish AEROC products, each pallet is marked with a different color marking. AEROC Classic blocks are marked with white color marking.
