Bauroc Element gas concrete blocks

AEROC Element Gas Concrete Blocks are partition slabs made of autoclaved gas concrete with an average dry density of 450 kg/m³ (±30 kg/m³) and an average compressive strength of fb = 3.5 N/mm². The length of the partition slabs is 600 mm, the height is 500 mm, and they are manufactured in 2 different widths (150 mm, 100 mm).

Shape and compliance - AEROC Element is a high-quality new generation gas concrete blocks that comply with Latvian building regulations and have been awarded the CE marking. The blocks have a smooth surface and a rectangular shape.

Application of slabs - AEROC Element partition slabs are intended for the construction of internal, non-load-bearing partitions in both dry and wet rooms. The multi-layer wall construction of AEROC Element provides sound insulation in the air up to 60 dB. They are particularly suitable for insulation of various shafts (such as elevator shafts, sewage and utility shafts, etc.) where high fire safety requirements are needed. The finished walls are easy to process and are ready for tiling and plastering.

Installation of slabs - Thanks to their large dimensions, AEROC Element partition walls can be quickly constructed - only 3.33 partition slabs are needed for 1 m² of wall. AEROC Element slabs are connected to each other with a thin layer of adhesive. AEROC Element partition slab adhesive is used for bonding, which ensures consistent and high-quality results. The adhesive joint sets faster, providing the wall with greater strength and hardness. Packaging and transportation - The blocks are transported on a wooden pallet with dimensions of 1 x 1.2 m. To better protect the blocks from atmospheric effects, they are wrapped in thermoplastic film. In order to easily distinguish AEROC products, each pallet is marked with a different color marking. AEROC Element blocks are marked with a yellow color marking.
