Bauroc Universal 300/200 Gas Concrete Blocks

AEROC Universal 300/200 gas concrete blocks are made from autoclaved gas concrete with an average dry density of 375 kg/m³ (±25 kg/m³) and an average compressive strength of fb=2.5 N/mm². The blocks are made with a width of 300 mm, but can be cut to a width of 200 mm. The surfaces of the block are smooth - without any grooves.

Application of AEROC blocks - Universal blocks are used for the construction of load-bearing external walls with a width of 300 mm and 200 mm, which need additional insulation, as well as for the construction of load-bearing internal walls. The construction of 200 mm wide walls is particularly effective - by using Universal blocks with a width of 200 mm, the block consumption is only 5.6 pcs/m2. AEROC Universal provides sufficient sound insulation and excellent fire resistance.

Installation of AEROC gas concrete blocks - AEROC Universal blocks can be installed on a thin layer of adhesive (thickness 1-3mm) or by applying a cement mortar to the horizontal and vertical surfaces of the block. The use of AEROC adhesive ensures a quality construction process and end result. Walls built using AEROC adhesive are easier to finish. Installing blocks with cement mortar deteriorates the overall thermal insulation performance of the external walls. The installation of AEROC blocks is simple and does not require the use of complicated tools. When installing blocks with adhesive, one of the most important tasks is to correctly and precisely lay the first row of blocks on the building's foundations. Level the blocks using a rubber mallet and a spirit level. For quality and safe construction, we recommend using Murfor reinforcement.
