Knauf Nivello Self-Leveling Gypsum Floor Compound (8 – 35mm) 25kg

Knauf Self-leveling Floor Compound Nivello is an industrially prepared self-leveling mixture for floors made of gypsum and natural anhydrite (supplemented with special additives). It can be used as a self-leveling top layer. Intended for indoor use. Can be applied mechanically or by hand. Recommended thickness: 8 - 35 mm. Mix Knauf Nivello with approximately 5 liters of water per bag. Mixing should be done with a slow rotating mixer, incorporating as little air as possible. The mixture should be free of lumps and have a consistent flowing consistency, perform flow control. Mixing can also be done mechanically with a suitable mixing pump. Adjust the consistency by adjusting the amount of water - perform flowability test. The substrate should be stable, without cracks, firm, clean and free of wax, oil, paint or solvent residues.

Consumption: 1.8 kg/m2 (1mm thick layer)

Absorbent substrates such as cement and concrete should first be treated with diluted Knauf Haftemulsion in a ratio of 1:3 or Knauf Estrichgrund in a ratio of 1:1 with water. Apply two coats on highly absorbent substrates.
