The Multi-Purpose Bench inSPORTline Hero B80 is a perfect machine for an intense home workout. Apart from a barbell and a set of weight plates, this machine also comes with a bicep curl pad and a leg extension/curl attachment, allowing you to exercise your entire body on one machine. Apart from the horizontal position, the comfortable backrest can be adjusted to another two positions, allowing you to focus on different muscle groups. The backrest can also be adjusted to 2 different heights. You might also appreciate the barbell stand at the top of the frame.

When you get tired of the bench press, you can exercise with the leg extension/curl attachment (which also uses weight plates to adjust the resistance). Both the barbell and weight plate storage pegs are 25 mm in diameter. And if you own a single-hand dumbbell, you can also strengthen your biceps (using the bicep curl pad).
