KG-System Coex SN 8 (PVC)

For decades, the proven smooth-walled PVC drainage pipe and its excellent properties has proven itself with respect to discharging waste water and rain water both for private and commercial projects. We have therefore decided to further develop the proven smooth-walled drainage pipe to a high-load drainage pipe. Thanks to its excellent properties, it offers operators a high level of reliability and also economic benefits.

State-of-the-art technology

Smooth-walled high-load drainage pipe SN 8 (ring stiffness 8 kN/m² according to DIN EN ISO 9969) made of PVC-U, technically tested and proven, with a clearly improved new safety seal ring (mounted ex-works). Pipes of DN/OD 110 up to DN/OD 500 and in lengths of 1000, 3000 and 5000 mm.

Smooth inside wall

Thanks to its hydraulic and smooth inside surface, the pipe is self-cleaning. Naturally, the Coex SN 8 is compatible with other smooth-walled fittings.

Proven strengths

The SN 8 high-load drainage pipe offers the proven strengths of a smooth-walled pipe when installed: It is particularly easy to install because it is simple and quick to handle, and can be connected easily and reliably.

Newly developed sealing system

We use a newly developed sealing system for the SN 8 high-load drainage pipe that allows universal use of our Ostendorf quality pipes in the waste water system. Thanks to the special identification option, the drainage channels can be assigned as a waste water, rain water or mixed water line according to use.

Extremely dense

Thanks to a high ring stiffness, the pipe is extremely durable and also reliable even under heavy-duty use (SLW 60). Thanks to a new sealing system, it is permanently tight, and is resistant to corrosion and roots.
